🚛 Your role

As a Logistics Assistant, you are the key link between production, warehouse, and transport, helping to make sure our plants reach the right customers on time.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sorting, labeling, and preparing plants for shipment

  • Supporting the internal team and helping with coordination

  • Monitoring stock and coordinating with the logistics manager

  • Ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality service

🌱 Who you are

  • A hands-on, proactive team player

  • Able to work independently and in an organized way

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn

  • Calm under pressure

  • Comfortable with physical work

  • Forklift license is a plus

  • No experience in horticulture? Motivation and willingness to learn matter most!
