As a Production Assistant at Leybaert, you’ll be involved in every step of the growing process.
Cutting, potting, pruning, spacing out plants — you’ll help produce strong, healthy garden plants across a wide range of varieties.
Some tasks are manual, others are mechanised or automated — you’ll learn how to operate and adjust the machines yourself. You’ll work closely with the production supervisor and jump in where needed, for example when preparing orders for shipment. Variety and teamwork guaranteed!

– Able to work both independently and in a structured way
– Flexible, eager to learn and stress-resistant
– Physical work doesn’t scare you
– Experience is a plus, but not required – motivation matters most!
– A forklift licence is a bonus
